Yordan Alvarez holds the MLB home run lead with 35 through late July 2026, supported by a .324 average, 1.07+ OPS, and consistent power production for the Astros that positions him as the trader consensus favorite at 40.3%. Kyle Schwarber sits second at 33 homers for the Phillies, maintaining a realistic chase pace despite a lower batting average, which explains his 27% implied probability. Junior Caminero, Ben Rice, and a handful of others hover near 30-31 homers, keeping their shares in the low single digits amid the roughly two-month remainder of the regular season. Recent surges, including Alvarez’s late-July homers and Schwarber’s early-season volume, have reinforced the current gap while underscoring the impact of lineup protection, park factors, and injury resilience on final totals.
