The 2026-27 Premier League campaign opened with the three newly promoted sides—Coventry City, Hull City, and Ipswich Town—widely viewed as the primary candidates for the bottom spot due to limited top-flight experience, thinner squads, and tougher fixture demands compared with established clubs. Early results have kept probabilities tightly clustered, as Hull collected points in their opening matches while Coventry and Ipswich posted mixed returns, preventing any single team from pulling clear. Established sides such as Fulham, Crystal Palace, and Sunderland sit just behind in trader consensus, reflecting the typical fluidity of the relegation battle in the first weeks when form, injuries, and transfer reinforcements can still shift outcomes dramatically. This bunched pricing captures the realistic chance that multiple clubs could finish last depending on how the opening months unfold.

If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish in last place in the 2026-27 English Premier League (EPL) season (e.g., they are mathematically guaranteed to finish above 20th), this market will resolve to "No".
In the event of a tie for last place, this market will resolve based on the club officially recognized by the Premier League as finishing in 20th place. If multiple clubs are officially recognized as finishing in last place, this market will resolve to the club whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If the 2026-27 English Premier League (EPL) season is cancelled, postponed after June 13, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no last-place club declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The primary resolution source will be official information from the Premier League; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
