Napoli commands 79.9% trader consensus for Serie A second place after holding a two-point lead (70-68) over Juventus following 36 matches, bolstered by their position in the table despite a recent stoppage-time 3-2 loss to Bologna that narrowed the gap. Juventus, with a superior +29 goal difference and strong recent form (WWDWW, including a 1-0 win over Lecce), sits at 18.7% as the primary challenger in the Champions League qualification race. AC Milan's poor run (LLDWL, capped by a 2-3 defeat to Atalanta five days ago) has eroded their standing to 67 points and 7.2% probability, while Roma (67 pts, +24 GD) and Como (65 pts) lag as longshots at 0.7% and 0.1%. Key May 17 fixtures include Pisa-Napoli, Juventus-Fiorentina, and Genoa-Milan.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
