Mitch Marner’s record-setting performance in Game 3 of the 2026 Stanley Cup Final, where he scored the fastest hat trick in Finals history with three goals in 6:10 during the second period, has driven trader consensus toward his 88% implied probability as the player to record the most goals in any single game. Playing for the Vegas Golden Knights against the Carolina Hurricanes, Marner leads all postseason scorers with 10 goals and 28 points through 19 games, reflecting strong recent form and usage on a team advancing deep into the playoffs. Other Vegas and Carolina forwards trail significantly in pricing due to lower single-game outputs and fewer high-volume opportunities. While upsets remain possible if another skater nets four or more goals in a remaining contest or if Marner’s production dips amid lineup adjustments or rest factors, the current momentum from his historic outburst underpins the dominant market positioning.
