Park, ranked in the mid-40s to 50s, has notched notable upsets such as defeating higher-seeded players in 2026 events, demonstrating strong attacking play that can challenge Peng’s rhythm in extended rallies. Peng’s recent matches show flashes of dominance but also occasional passivity under pressure, while both players bring solid head-to-head experience at this level. Factors like serve effectiveness, mental resilience in deciding sets, and any last-minute adjustments to equipment or preparation could shift momentum in either direction.
