The Miami Marlins, sitting at 20-25 and fourth in the NL East, face challenges from multiple injuries including starter Robby Snelling's elbow issue and outfielder Griffin Conine's hamstring tear, which have disrupted lineup depth and rotation stability. Recent head-to-head trends and the Rays' superior run differential highlight their edge in this matchup, though the Marlins' veteran presence like Sandy Alcantara offers potential for competitive outings. Weather at the indoor venue remains a non-factor, keeping focus on bullpen management and late-inning execution as key variables for both clubs.
