Manish Sureshkumar enters this ITF M25 Taipei hard-court qualifying matchup as the clear market favorite due to his substantial ranking edge (around world No. 724-727) and greater professional experience at age 26 compared to the 18-year-old Hiromasa Koyama (ranked near 1169). Sureshkumar's recent straight-sets win in the draw has reinforced trader confidence in his form, while Koyama's lower-level results show solid but less consistent progress on the surface. The significant ranking and maturity gap shapes the implied probabilities, though Koyama's youth leaves room for potential improvement in extended rallies or under pressure. No confirmed injuries or withdrawals affect the field ahead of the August 17 contest.
