This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the Bundesliga for the 2026-27 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Bundesliga for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Bundesliga (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Bundesliga; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Bayern Munich enter the 2026-27 Bundesliga campaign as clear title favorites following their dominant 2025-26 title win, leaving a wide-open race for runner-up among a cluster of established challengers. Dortmund’s strong second-place finish the prior season, combined with targeted summer additions such as Konstantinos Karetsas and Joane Gadou, keeps them competitive, while RB Leipzig and VfB Stuttgart benefit from squad continuity and recent European exposure that supports consistent top-four pushes. Bayer Leverkusen and Eintracht Frankfurt have undergone notable roster turnover—including key departures like Grimaldo—yet retain enough depth to remain in contention. With the transfer window still open and no dominant second side emerging, trader consensus reflects the league’s inherent parity, where small edges in form, injuries, or results can shift second place among roughly a dozen clubs throughout the long campaign.
