**The Late Show With Stephen Colbert** dominates trader sentiment in the Outstanding Variety Series market at a 77.5% implied probability, driven by its status as the final season of a long-running late-night staple that earned a record nine nominations overall before ending in May. The Television Academy’s merger of talk and scripted variety into a single “area” award—where nominees can win independently via a 90% yes threshold or the highest percentage—has amplified sympathy for Colbert’s send-off amid industry support and peer campaigns. **Last Week Tonight With John Oliver** (7.4%) and the others trail due to less emotional momentum, though Oliver’s prior wins and critical consistency keep it in contention ahead of the Sept. 14 ceremony, with final voting wrapping Aug. 26.
