Mercedes' W16 suits Circuit Gilles Villeneuve's high-speed straights and chicanes, favoring George Russell and Kimi Antonelli—who boasts a 1.33 average finish this season—over Ferrari's even Hamilton-Leclerc split (2-2 races). No official injury reports disrupt lineups, but tire degradation and strategy around the Wall of Champions loom large, alongside mild Montreal weather forecasts aiding qualifying grid positioning for May 24's race.
