The Phillies right-hander has posted a sub-2.00 ERA with elite command in his return, building on prior All-Star form. Sandy Alcantara sits second at 31.5% after rebounding from a rough 2025 post-Tommy John campaign, delivering multiple deep outings and a 4.18 ERA through mid-June while showing glimpses of his former Cy Young command. Brandon Woodruff and Michael Harris II trail further back amid their respective injury recoveries and performance rebounds, with traders pricing in the pitchers' established track records and recent velocity or workload gains as primary drivers.
