Napoli holds a commanding position in the Serie A table for second place with 70 points from 36 matches, two clear of Juventus (68 points) and three ahead of AC Milan and Roma (both 67), fueling trader consensus at 80% implied probability. Their remaining fixtures—away to bottom-placed Pisa on May 17 and home against mid-table Udinese on May 24—offer a favorable path to secure Champions League qualification, despite a recent 2-3 home loss to Bologna on May 11 that kept the race tight. Juventus, bolstered by a superior +29 goal difference and a narrow 1-0 win at Lecce, remains the primary challenger at 20%, but faces home Fiorentina and a pivotal Derby della Mole away to Torino. AC Milan's 7% reflects poor recent form, including a 2-3 defeat to Atalanta, with tougher away Genoa next amid a congested top-five battle where Como trails at 65 points.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
