This market will resolve to "Yes" if Valve removes the listed map from the official map pool by July 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, and the removal lasts continuously for at least 48 hours. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. Temporary or testing removals reversed within 48 hours do not count. The "official map pool" refers to the Active Duty map group in CS2, used for competitive matchmaking (Premier mode) and professional tournaments. For the purpose of this market, “Valve” refers to Valve Corporation, the developer and publisher of the Counter-Strike series. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Valve; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Valve's planned Premier Season 5 map rotation, set to begin around July 6, 2026, drives current trader sentiment for the July 31 deadline. Strong community signals and datamined indicators point to Overpass exiting the active duty pool to accommodate the reworked Cache map, which returned to non-premier modes in late April after more than a decade away. Prior rotations, including Train's removal for Anubis in January, establish Valve's pattern of seasonal adjustments based on playtime data and pro preferences. Official confirmation timing, any additional tweaks before the cutoff, and how the update aligns with tournament schedules remain the key variables that could shift implied probabilities on specific maps.
