This market will resolve to "Yes" if a team from the VCT China league reaches the Grand Final of VALORANT Champions 2026 (also known as VCT Champions 2026), currently scheduled for September 24 to October 18, 2026, in Shanghai, China. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A team is considered to have reached the Grand Final if it is one of the two teams officially confirmed as a participant in the Grand Final match, regardless of the Grand Final's outcome. For the purposes of this market, the VCT China teams are the four teams that qualified for VALORANT Champions 2026 through VCT China as designated by the organizer, Riot Games: TYLOO, JD Gaming, EDward Gaming, or XLG Esports. A replacement team that enters the tournament via the VCT China league's allocation also counts. If this tournament is postponed after November 17, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, canceled, or the Grand Final participants have not been determined within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the tournament organizer, Riot Games, via the VALORANT Esports website (https://valorantesports.com). However, a consensus of credible reporting (e.g., Liquipedia at https://liquipedia.net/valorant/VCT/2026/Champions) may also be used.**Four Chinese squads—TYLOO, JD Gaming, EDward Gaming, and XLG Esports—qualified for VALORANT Champions 2026 in Shanghai, the first time the event is hosted in China.** TYLOO earned the top regional seed after a lower-bracket run capped by a 3-1 Stage 2 grand final win over JD Gaming, while EDG and XLG secured spots via Championship Points following solid international showings, including EDG’s third-place Masters London finish. The home crowd and venue familiarity provide a meaningful boost in a double-elimination bracket, yet the region’s historically limited deep runs internationally keep outcomes balanced. Trader consensus at 50.5% for Yes reflects this mix of home momentum against tougher Pacific and Americas opponents. Early group-stage results for TYLOO or EDG, roster stability, or map-pool adaptations could quickly shift implied probabilities either direction before playoffs begin.
