Recent long-range forecasts for Zandvoort highlight stable high-pressure patterns across the North Sea coast, pointing to limited precipitation risk on race day, August 23. This supports the market’s 77.5% implied probability on no rain, as models emphasize dry conditions with temperatures in the mid-60s to low-70s Fahrenheit during grand prix hours. Zandvoort’s coastal exposure often brings variable winds and occasional showers in August, when wet-day chances average near 30%, yet current guidance indicates reduced shower activity relative to historical norms. Traders have positioned accordingly, prioritizing fresher meteorological consensus over broader seasonal variability for the weekend’s timing.
