Victor Wembanyama’s assist totals averaging just 3.1 per game during the 2025-26 season have kept quadruple-double odds near zero for the San Antonio Spurs forward, even as he posted 25 points, 11.5 rebounds, and 3.1 blocks nightly. Only four players in NBA history have ever reached double digits across four statistical categories in one contest, with the most recent instance dating to 1994. Wembanyama has delivered multiple triple-doubles and near-misses this year, yet his playmaking role and usage patterns rarely produce the required 10 assists or steals alongside his dominant scoring, rebounding, and rim protection. Traders reflect this established statistical profile in the overwhelming “No” consensus, though a sudden increase in facilitation during the final weeks could still alter the outcome.
