Yidi Yang holds a commanding 6-3 head-to-head edge over Jiaqi Wang, including multiple straight-sets wins on hard courts in recent years. Both Chinese players compete regularly on the ITF circuit, with Wang posting a solid recent record of wins in domestic events while ranked near 400 and Yang sitting slightly higher around 350. The W75 Tianjin match unfolds on outdoor hard courts, a surface suiting Yang’s consistent baseline game and return play that has repeatedly troubled Wang in prior clashes. No injuries or late withdrawals have been reported, keeping the focus on current form and the pair’s established matchup dynamics in this early-round encounter.
