The 2026–27 Swiss Super League runner-up market remains tightly contested early in the campaign because multiple clubs enter with comparable squad depth, recent form, and European qualification incentives. Young Boys sit atop the table after two rounds with strong attacking output, yet St. Gallen, Lugano, and Lausanne-Sport have also collected points while maintaining clean defensive records in key fixtures. Historical volatility—evident in Thun’s 2025–26 title and frequent mid-table shifts—keeps the field bunched, as does the league’s balanced schedule and absence of a single standout favorite. Trader consensus reflects this parity, with no team pulling clear on implied probability after the opening matchdays.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Swiss Super League for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Swiss Super League (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No".
If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The resolution source will be official information from the Swiss Super League; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
