**No raids on Epstein storage units have occurred or been announced as of August 2026, supporting the 89.5% implied probability on the “No” outcome.** In February 2026, the Department of Justice released millions of Epstein-related documents revealing that the financier rented at least six secret storage units across the U.S. (including in Florida and New York) starting as early as 2003. Private investigators moved computers, hard drives, photographs, and other materials into these lockers to avoid detection ahead of earlier searches. Credit card records showed payments continuing until Epstein’s 2019 death, and reviewed warrants indicate authorities never executed raids on the facilities at the time. Subsequent reporting through mid-2026, including coverage of related probes into Epstein properties, has not produced any official statements, search warrants, or investigative updates targeting these specific units in 2026. No congressional actions, FBI announcements, or court-ordered operations have materialized to trigger such raids within the calendar year. Without fresh catalysts—such as new subpoenas, whistleblower disclosures, or active federal task force directives—the trader consensus reflects the absence of verifiable momentum toward enforcement action before year-end.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any private individual or government authority discovers and examines the contents of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.
A qualifying storage unit must contain items previously belonging to or associated with Jeffrey Epstein at the time it is examined. The examination of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein which no longer contains any items related to Epstein will not count.
Only searches conducted within this market’s timeframe will count. Previously available or newly published information which demonstrates that storage units previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein were examined prior to this market’s creation will not count.
The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
