Early in the 2026-27 Liga MX Apertura, trader consensus reflects a wide-open race for most clean sheets, with Cruz Azul and Guadalajara (Chivas) leading implied probabilities due to their organized backlines and strong recent defensive form. América and Chivas have posted four shutouts apiece through roughly seven matches, while Toluca, Pachuca, and Tijuana sit close behind with three each, underscoring balanced early results across contenders. Atlas, Monterrey, and Pachuca benefit from historical defensive trends and current table positioning, keeping their probabilities competitive despite modest clean-sheet totals so far. Santos Laguna’s elevated share stands out given its league-low standing, highlighting how preseason expectations and roster continuity influence pricing more than short-term results. With no team pulling away after limited fixtures and multiple clubs featuring reliable goalkeepers and compact units, the market remains tightly bunched as the long campaign unfolds.
