Morena maintains a commanding lead in trader consensus for the June 2027 Chamber of Deputies election due to its structural advantages as the incumbent ruling party, including control of multiple governorships, established voter bases through social programs, and a fragmented opposition. Recent internal party measures such as candidate screening processes and unity directives ahead of the midterms have reinforced organizational cohesion, while opinion polls continue to show Morena ahead of PAN, PRI, and other parties by wide margins. The market's elevated probability reflects these entrenched positions and historical voting patterns favoring the president's coalition. Potential shifts could arise from significant economic pressures, security deteriorations, major internal divisions over nominations, or an unexpected opposition alliance that consolidates anti-Morena votes in key districts.
