This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2026 American League Championship Series. If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed team to win the 2026 American League Championship Series per the rules of the MLB (e.g., they are eliminated in the playoffs), the corresponding market will resolve to “No”. If the 2026 American League Championship Series is cancelled, postponed after November 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The primary resolution source will be official information from Major League Baseball (https://www.mlb.com/); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The New York Yankees hold the top position in the 2026 American League pennant market thanks to their league-leading offense and rotation depth early in the season, with key contributors like Ben Rice and Cam Schlittler driving strong run differentials and a competitive AL East record. The Seattle Mariners follow at a clear distance on the strength of their balanced roster and solid West division standing, though they trail in overall momentum. Tampa Bay Rays sit third despite leading the East, reflecting trader caution around sustainability after their hot start. Mid-tier clubs such as the Texas Rangers, Toronto Blue Jays, and Detroit Tigers remain in contention through respectable records and roster continuity, while lower-priced teams face steeper paths marked by inconsistent results and larger gaps in talent depth. The field stays wide open given the long regular-season runway ahead.
