Steph Curry’s repeated public statements affirming his desire to finish his career with the Golden State Warriors, combined with the franchise’s readiness to offer a maximum two-year extension worth up to $136.7 million, anchor trader consensus at 95.6% for him remaining in Golden State. Entering the final season of his current deal at age 38, Curry has emphasized that contract talks will not distract from team preparation and that he expects to stay long-term, a stance reinforced by general manager Mike Dunleavy Jr. Recent roster continuity and Curry’s off-court commitments in the Bay Area further support stability. A late request for a trade due to unforeseen roster or performance issues remains the primary low-probability scenario that could shift outcomes before any resolution deadline.
