With the 2027 Oscars more than a year away, trader sentiment reflects broad uncertainty and early positioning around high-profile projects. The Odyssey holds a slim 50.5% implied probability edge on the strength of Christopher Nolan’s track record and announced scale, while Dune: Part Three sits at 15.5% on franchise continuity and Denis Villeneuve’s established awards momentum. Dozens of other titles clustered near 50% or lower underscore how precursor awards, guild nominations, and first reviews remain distant, leaving room for late surges or shifts once 2026 releases begin rolling out.
