Both the Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks enter the 2026 NFL season with closely matched expectations in the NFC West, keeping the season series tightly contested at even implied probabilities. The Seahawks build on their recent Super Bowl success behind quarterback Sam Darnold and a stable roster, while the Cardinals navigate a transitional phase after parting with Kyler Murray, installing Jacoby Brissett as the likely starter alongside veterans Gardner Minshew and rookie Carson Beck. High draft capital on running back Jeremiyah Love and other roster tweaks give Arizona upside, but limited free-agent additions and salary-cap constraints temper projections. With one home game apiece and comparable division standings forecasts, traders see realistic paths for either team to claim the series or force a split.
