The tight clustering of implied probabilities around 50% for a dozen teams in the Scottish Premiership's 10th-place market reflects the early-season parity across the lower half of the table. After six matchdays, sides from sixth-placed Dundee through bottom club Kilmarnock sit within a handful of points, with no clear separation ahead of the post-33-game split into top-six and bottom-six groups. Fresh managerial appointments, aggressive summer recruitment at clubs such as Aberdeen, Hearts and Falkirk, and the return of promoted St Johnstone have produced a fluid bottom-half picture where recent results, goal difference and fixture congestion from European ties for several sides will likely decide who lands exactly on 10th and avoids the relegation play-off scramble. Historical patterns show mid-table volatility in this league, keeping the outcome highly competitive.
