This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team is relegated from Uruguayan Primera División at the conclusion of the 2026 Uruguayan Primera División season. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Official relegation is defined as a team losing its place in Uruguayan Primera División for the following season through their final standing in the 2026 Uruguayan Primera División, via relegation playoff defeat, or by any other official league decision recognized by Uruguayan Primera División. If the 2026 Uruguayan Primera División season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there are no teams confirmed for relegation within that timeframe, the corresponding market will resolve to "No". The primary resolution source will be official announcements from Uruguayan Primera División. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.**Progreso and Danubio currently anchor the relegation table** in the 2026 Liga AUF Uruguaya, with the lowest two-year averages (points per game from 2025–2026) at roughly 0.95 and 1.05 respectively. Relegation of the bottom three teams is decided solely by this cumulative average rather than single-season standings, giving heavy weight to prior results while still allowing 2026 Clausura performances to shift the order. Progreso’s weak 2026 campaign (around 22 points from 27 matches) has compounded its prior struggles, while Danubio sits just above with similarly limited output. Montevideo Wanderers and Cerro occupy the next positions, their averages dragged lower by 2025 shortfalls despite modest 2026 gains. Newly promoted sides Albion and Central Español face pressure to accumulate points quickly or risk joining the drop zone. The remaining Clausura fixtures, including direct confrontations among lower-table sides, will determine final averages as the season concludes.
