This market will resolve to "Yes" if Valve removes the listed map from the official map pool by June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, and the removal lasts continuously for at least 48 hours. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. Temporary or testing removals reversed within 48 hours do not count. The "official map pool" refers to the Active Duty map group in CS2, used for competitive matchmaking (Premier mode) and professional tournaments. For the purpose of this market, “Valve” refers to Valve Corporation, the developer and publisher of the Counter-Strike series. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Valve; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The addition of Valve's reworked Cache to CS2 Competitive and Casual modes in late April has intensified expectations for an Active Duty pool rotation ahead of the IEM Cologne Major and Premier Season 5. Traders see Overpass as the most vulnerable map due to its declining pro pick rates, inconsistent recent form in majors, and Valve's history of rotating underperforming layouts to refresh the meta. Anubis and Ancient remain secondary candidates if pick-rate data or player feedback accelerates changes, while the seven-map structure stays stable until official confirmation. This consensus reflects the esports scene's emphasis on balanced map pools and competitive viability rather than long-term stability.
