Cheryl Reeve leads the 2026 WNBA Coach of the Year market at 83.5% implied probability as her Minnesota Lynx sit atop the standings with a 29-7 record and the league's strongest net rating. Reeve recently set the all-time regular-season wins mark while navigating injuries and roster turnover, including the absence of key contributors, and earned selection as a 2026 All-Star Game coach. Natalie Nakase follows at 6.3% after guiding the expansion-era Golden State Valkyries to second place at 24-9, though the gap in team success remains sizable. Newer head coaches such as Sydney Johnson, Jose Fernandez, and Alex Sarama trail further back amid middling or rebuilding results for their respective clubs. Trader consensus reflects the Lynx's sustained dominance and Reeve's proven track record over the first half of the 44-game schedule.
