SpaceX's accelerated IPO process, with a fixed $135 per share pricing and Nasdaq listing targeted for mid-June 2026 under ticker SPCX, underpins the 90% market-implied probability that the opening trade exceeds the IPO price. Strong institutional demand during the roadshow, combined with the company's record valuation near $1.77 trillion and proven leadership in reusable launch vehicles plus Starlink satellite broadband, signals robust first-day momentum typical of high-profile tech debuts. Traders cite Elon Musk's execution track record and the absence of a traditional pricing range as factors limiting downside risk, though last-minute market volatility or allocation shifts could still influence the outcome.
