The 20-year-old Uzbek's recent classical results and rapid ascent have shaped trader consensus around his strong preparation and current momentum heading into the title match. In contrast, defending champion Gukesh Dommaraju has faced inconsistent form across major events, including early exits, modest scores in elite tournaments, and withdrawals from select classical events to prioritize training. Recent head-to-head encounters and Sindarov's rising rating trajectory further reinforce market positioning ahead of the match later this year.
