The 2026-27 Chance Liga remains wide open for runner-up after five matchdays, with Slavia Prague atop the table on 11 points while a cluster of sides including Mladá Boleslav, Sigma Olomouc, Slovan Liberec, Sparta Prague, and Jablonec sit within striking distance on 9-11 points. Early results have produced parity behind the probable champions, fueled by productive summer transfers at multiple clubs, solid home/away splits, and the league's eventual split into championship and play-off groups. Historical patterns show several teams capable of sustained pushes for second, while the absence of a clear frontrunner among the chasing pack keeps implied probabilities tightly bunched across the field.
