VfB Stuttgart’s recent draw at Eintracht Frankfurt secured fourth place and direct entry to the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League league phase, tightening the race among TSG Hoffenheim and Bayer Leverkusen for any remaining spots. Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund long ago locked in top-two positions with dominant campaigns, while RB Leipzig’s consistent results confirmed third place. Hoffenheim and Leverkusen sit within a handful of points entering the final matchdays, where head-to-head results, goal difference, and schedule difficulty will decide whether a fifth Bundesliga side earns coefficient-driven access. Recent form swings and defensive resilience in decisive fixtures continue to shape the tight battle for European qualification.
