After the opening matches, Brøndby and Viborg sit atop the table on strong early results, while Sønderjyske remain winless and the newly promoted sides plus Randers, Silkeborg, and OB occupy the lower positions. The format splits into championship and relegation rounds after 22 matches, carrying forward points, with the bottom two from the relegation group dropping to the 1st Division. Trader attention centers on the promoted clubs’ adaptation, squad depth, and the tight battle among mid-to-lower table sides over the long regular season and playoff rounds.
