Recent polling averages place Gadi Eisenkot’s centrist Yashar party at 22–24 seats in the October 27, 2026 Knesset election, aligning with trader consensus favoring the 22–25 seat range. Yashar has maintained a narrow lead or tie with Likud in most September surveys, reflecting Eisenkot’s profile as a former IDF chief and the party’s emphasis on a state inquiry into the October 7 attacks alongside domestic reforms. Surplus-vote pacts with The Democrats and competition from Bennett-Lapid’s Together list and smaller threshold parties have kept bloc math fluid, with neither Netanyahu’s nor the opposition alliance consistently reaching 61 seats. Late-campaign turnout among centrist and Arab voters, plus any final list adjustments before the September 27 ballot deadline, remain the main variables that could shift Yashar’s final tally within the narrow band traders currently price highest.
