This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 National League Comeback Player of the Year award for the 2026 MLB Season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Zack Wheeler leads NL Comeback Player of the Year betting at 49% implied probability following strong 2026 results after thoracic outlet syndrome surgery sidelined him late in 2025. The Phillies right-hander has posted a sub-2.00 ERA with elite command in his return, building on prior All-Star form. Sandy Alcantara sits second at 31.5% after rebounding from a rough 2025 post-Tommy John campaign, delivering multiple deep outings and a 4.18 ERA through mid-June while showing glimpses of his former Cy Young command. Brandon Woodruff and Michael Harris II trail further back amid their respective injury recoveries and performance rebounds, with traders pricing in the pitchers' established track records and recent velocity or workload gains as primary drivers.
