This market will resolve to the coach who wins the 2026 MLS Coach of the Year award. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLS rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLS season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026 ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Soccer; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The early 2026 MLS regular season has kept the Coach of the Year market tightly contested, with Javier Mascherano, Brian Schmetzer, and Nico Estévez clustered as the frontrunners in trader consensus after roughly a dozen matches. Multiple clubs occupy strong positions near the top of the Eastern and Western Conference standings, driven by consistent recent form, solid defensive structures, and effective attacking transitions that have produced favorable goal differences. Schmetzer’s Seattle Sounders and Estévez’s side have matched Inter Miami’s results under Mascherano, while other contenders like Bradley Carnell and Marc Dos Santos benefit from comparable points-per-game averages and minimal setbacks in conference play. This even distribution of results across teams with strong home records and favorable schedules leaves limited separation in the implied probabilities.
