This market will resolve to the player who wins the 2026 NBA Finals Most Valuable Player award for the 2026 NBA Playoffs. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by NBA rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 NBA Playoffs are cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NBA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Trader consensus prices Shai Gilgeous-Alexander at 55% implied probability for NBA Finals MVP, driven by the Thunder's dominant Western Conference playoff path—including a sweep of the Lakers—with SGA averaging 29.1 points, 7.1 assists across eight games and a career-playoff-high 42 versus the Suns. Victor Wembanyama trails at 19.5% as the Spurs hold a 3-2 semifinal lead over the Timberwolves, where the rookie sensation averages 20.4 points, 11.2 rebounds, and 4.2 blocks, recently shattering Anthony Davis' record in a pivotal win. Jalen Brunson sits at 10.7% after the Knicks swept to the Eastern Conference finals; Cleveland's Game 5 road victory gives them a 3-2 edge over the No. 1 Pistons, tempering support for Jalen Duren (5%) and Cade Cunningham (3.1%) amid their back-to-back losses.
