If the 2026 NCAA FBS season concludes early, is shortened, or is truncated for any reason, the outcome shall be determined using available NCAA FBS statistics for completed games. If the 2026 NCAA FBS regular season is cancelled, postponed after January 3, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or it is unclear which team gained the most total yards per game within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NCAA (https://www.ncaa.com/stats/football/fbs); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Multiple analysts project a wide-open race for college football’s top offense in 2026, with returning production and scheme continuity driving the tight trader consensus around Ole Miss, Oregon, Miami, and Ohio State. Phil Steele’s preseason projection highlights Ole Miss for the nation’s highest total yardage, while On3 rankings place Miami first and Oregon second behind quarterback Dante Moore’s return and explosive skill talent. Oregon also ranks among the most experienced units per CBS Sports data, and Ohio State benefits from an elite quarterback-wide receiver core plus depth. Indiana leads some experience metrics, and USC returns nearly its entire offensive line. These overlapping strengths—combined with portal additions, offensive line continuity, and recent form from 2025—create narrow implied probabilities with no clear separation entering camp.
