This market will resolve to the Short-Stick Defensive Midfielder who wins the 2026 Hard Hat award in the PLL. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by PLL rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 PLL season is cancelled, postponed after September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from the PLL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Defending George Boiardi Hard Hat Award winner Ryan Terefenko holds a razor-thin trader consensus edge at 50% implied probability for the 2026 PLL short-stick defensive midfielder honor, reflecting his proven track record amid a hyper-competitive field where Brian Tevlin, Dylan Hess, Matt Whitcher, and top draft pick Aidan Maguire cluster at 49.5%. Early-season defensive metrics—caused turnovers, ground balls, and takeaways—remain tightly bunched with no dominant leader after the April collegiate draft spotlighted Duke standout Maguire as the first SSDM taken No. 1 overall by Utah Archers. Traders eye remaining regular-season games and playoff intensity as key swing factors, where momentum shifts could crown a repeat or propel a rookie upset in this skin-in-the-game consensus.
