This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club finishes in last place (20th) in the final standings of the 2026-27 English Premier League (EPL) season. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish in last place in the 2026-27 English Premier League (EPL) season (e.g., they are mathematically guaranteed to finish above 20th), this market will resolve to "No". In the event of a tie for last place, this market will resolve based on the club officially recognized by the Premier League as finishing in 20th place. If multiple clubs are officially recognized as finishing in last place, this market will resolve to the club whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026-27 English Premier League (EPL) season is cancelled, postponed after June 13, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no last-place club declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be official information from the Premier League; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026-27 Premier League last-place race remains tightly bunched because the three newly promoted sides—Hull City, Coventry City, and Ipswich Town—face the typical steep adaptation challenge against established Premier League opposition, yet early results have produced mixed signals. Hull City’s strong opening points haul contrasts with Coventry’s winless start and Ipswich’s inconsistent goal difference, keeping their implied probabilities clustered. Several mid-table clubs, including Fulham, Crystal Palace, Sunderland, and Everton, carry their own roster or form uncertainties that could drag them into the bottom three. With 36 matches remaining, the wisdom of crowds reflected in current pricing underscores how quickly momentum, injuries, and fixture congestion can shift outcomes across a broad group of contenders.
