The Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks enter the 2026 season as the NFC West's top projected contenders after strong prior campaigns, with their two late regular-season meetings (Christmas in Seattle and the Week 18 finale in Los Angeles) setting up a closely contested series. Trader consensus favors a split outcome at 44.5% amid balanced rosters, though early injuries have tempered expectations: Rams star edge rusher Myles Garrett landed on injured reserve after knee surgery following a Week 1 blowout loss to the 49ers, while Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold is sidelined with a glute issue expected to sideline him roughly four weeks. Both clubs' depth, coaching stability under Sean McVay and Mike Macdonald, and divisional familiarity support the even implied probabilities reflected in current pricing.
