Roman Konkulovskyi and Oleksandr Pohonov, both Ukrainian players based in Lviv, contest frequent Setka Cup table tennis matches marked by extended rallies and high point totals averaging over 73 per encounter. Pohonov holds a commanding head-to-head edge across 60 prior meetings, yet recent July 2026 clashes produced split results including 3-1 and 3-2 outcomes with multiple deuces and sets decided by narrow margins. Both maintain heavy schedules with dozens of daily or near-daily fixtures against the same core group of opponents, leading to variable form influenced by short recovery periods between sessions. Key factors for upcoming encounters include individual set-winning percentages, fatigue from volume play, and historical patterns where neither consistently dominates the other in five-set battles.
