The Swiss Super League's 2026-27 runner-up market reflects broad parity across the field just weeks into the campaign, with no club establishing a sustained edge after the previous season's surprise title win by promoted FC Thun. Early match results, including lopsided outcomes for BSC Young Boys and mixed form from traditional powers like FC Basel, FC Zürich, and Servette FC, underscore the absence of a clear hierarchy. League-wide factors such as the split-phase format, roster stability following the summer window, and competitive depth among mid-table sides including FC Lugano, FC St. Gallen, and FC Sion keep implied probabilities clustered near 50 percent. Traders price the race as wide open, with home/away splits and fixture congestion likely to reshape positioning over the coming months.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Swiss Super League for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Swiss Super League (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No".
If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The resolution source will be official information from the Swiss Super League; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
