FIFA and Global Citizen announced on May 14 that Madonna, Shakira, and BTS will co-headline the first-ever halftime show at the 2026 FIFA World Cup final on July 19 at MetLife Stadium. The production, curated by Coldplay’s Chris Martin, blends global music stars with a social-impact focus through the Global Citizen Education Fund. This official confirmation, featuring a diverse international lineup suited to the tournament’s North American host venues, has sharply aligned trader consensus around these performers as the leading outcome. The 11-minute format aims to fit within standard halftime rules without disrupting play, while prior speculation about solo headliners like Drake or regional artists has faded. With the final still weeks away, any last-minute lineup adjustments or additional supporting acts remain the main variables that could influence probabilities before resolution.
