Hanwha Eagles hold a modest edge in this KBO matchup thanks to their stronger 30-28-1 record and fifth-place standing, bolstered by a climb from early-May struggles and consistent recent offensive production. In contrast, last-place Kiwoom Heroes sit at 23-38-1 amid extended losing streaks and pitching depth concerns, including the absence of key contributor Lee Ju-hyeong with a hamstring issue. Head-to-head results this season tilt heavily toward the Eagles, featuring several lopsided victories, though Kiwoom’s home environment at Gocheok Sky Dome and potential roster returns provide some counterbalance reflected in the narrow 55.5% implied probability for Hanwha.
