Napoli commands a commanding 79.9% trader consensus for Serie A second place after holding a two-point lead atop the standings at 70 points following 36 matches, bolstered by their defending champion pedigree and a pivotal April 1-0 victory over AC Milan that solidified their position. Despite a shocking 2-3 home defeat to Bologna in matchday 36, which allowed Juventus to close to 68 points and Milan to linger at 67 alongside Roma, Napoli's superior consistency (21 wins) and favorable remaining fixtures—starting with Pisa away on matchday 37—drive the heavy favoritism. Juventus (18.7%) trails closely with the best goal difference (+29) but faces tougher tests like Fiorentina, while Milan's recent 2-3 loss to Atalanta underscores their slim 7.2% chances amid the congested top-four race for Champions League spots.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
