This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the champion of the Uruguayan Primera División for the 2026 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to be named as the champion of Uruguayan Primera División for the 2026 season per the rules of Uruguayan Primera División (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Uruguayan Primera División; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The Uruguayan Primera División's 2026 campaign features a split Apertura-Clausura format culminating in a championship playoff, which has kept title probabilities tightly clustered as no single side has pulled away decisively in the aggregate table. Peñarol currently leads with strong results but faces pressure from Deportivo Maldonado and Racing Club de Montevideo, while historical powerhouses Nacional and others like Liverpool FC, Boston River, and Montevideo Wanderers remain within striking distance through solid recent form and favorable home records. Mid-season roster stability, limited standout injuries among contenders, and the playoff structure's emphasis on momentum rather than early leads have sustained broad trader consensus around a multi-team race. This parity reflects the league's growing competitiveness beyond the traditional duopoly, with head-to-head results and schedule congestion continuing to shape outcomes through the remainder of the Clausura phase.
