This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the Premier League for the 2026-27 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Premier League for the 2026-27 season per the rules of Premier League (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Premier League; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The bunched probabilities for Premier League 2026-27 runner-up reflect a deep field of contenders strengthened by an active summer transfer window ahead of the season opener. Arsenal, as defending champions, and Manchester City lead at 30% each after key reinforcements like Bruno Guimarães at the Emirates and Elliot Anderson at the Etihad, while Liverpool’s additions such as Jérémy Jacquet and Manchester United’s defensive pursuits keep them within striking distance. Recent pre-season preparations and post-World Cup squad management further highlight how form, depth, and fixture congestion could shuffle the top order, with Chelsea, Aston Villa, and others holding realistic paths into the upper echelons based on historical patterns and current roster upgrades. Trader consensus captures this parity without clear separation among the established powers.
