Morocco leads the AFCON 2027 winner market at 16% implied probability, ahead of Cameroon at 11.8% and DR Congo at 10.5%, with Egypt, Senegal, Ivory Coast, and others clustered tightly behind. This tight distribution reflects the depth across African national teams following strong recent showings in qualifiers, the 2026 FIFA World Cup cycle, and domestic league form. No single side has separated itself through consistent results or standout squad depth, while factors such as key player availability, coaching stability, and historical knockout pedigree keep multiple contenders viable. Trader consensus prices in realistic upset potential across the field rather than anointing an early heavy favorite.
